The Galette des Rois, or King's Cake, is a flaky, layered puff pastry filled with rich Almond Paste. Traditionally served to celebrate the Epiphany, the day when baby Jesus was presented to the Three Wise Men, each cake comes with a charm or 'fève' hidden inside. The lucky guest who finds this is crowned "king" or "queen" of the evening!
